某院肿瘤相关科室医务人员临终关怀认知现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解临床医务人员对临终关怀的认知、态度及行为,为临床开展临终关怀工作提供依据。方法自行设计问卷,对某院136名肿瘤相关科室临床医务人员进行临终关怀认知、态度及行为现状调查。结果临床医务人员对临终关怀认知有限,对于临终关怀知识的概念、内容、宗旨完全了解的只有14.7%、9.6%、6.6%;知识来源渠道较多,但是知识不全面。态度方面,主张告知患者及家属真实病情的(4.18±0.68)分,对想象中患者死亡持积极处理态度(3.87±0.83)分;行为方面,最大限度控制患者疼痛(3.30±0.84)分;创造能满足临终患者的身心需要的医院环境(3.42±0.88)分;积极临终治疗和临终护理(3.75±0.85)分。结论临床医务人员对临终关怀的态度及行为比较积极,但知识有限。医院应加强临床医务人员临终关怀教育,采取措施推进临终关怀工作的开展。Objective To understand the cognition and behavior of and attitude toward hospice care of the clinical medical personnel, so as to provide some reference for offering clinical hospice care. Methods By means of the self-designed questionnaire, a survey was made with 136 oneology related departments and divisions in some hospital about the cognition and behavior of and attitude toward hospice care. Results The subjects of this study demonstrated a limited knowledge of hospice care, with those having a complete understanding of the concept, contents and purpose of hospice care being only 14.7%, 9.6% and 6.6%, respectively. Despite the numerous channels of obtaining such knowledge, their understanding was incomplete. As far as their attitude was concerned, the score for informing the patients and their dependents of the actual condition of the diseases registered （4.18±0.68）, and that for positively dealing with the imagined death of the patient （3.87±0.83）. In the aspect of behavior, control the patient＇s pain maximally registered （3.30±0.84）, and the score for creating the hospital atmosphere meeting the physical and psychological needs was （3.42±0.88）, and that for active hospice treatment and caring registered （3.75±0.85）. Conclusion The clinical personnel have a positive attitude toward and behavior for hospice care, but their knowledge in this regard is limited. The hospital should beef up the education in this respect and take measures to promote the hospice caring.
