摘　　要：总结60例Lennox-Gastant综合征患儿的护理要点。认为通过建立良好的护患关系,针对患儿的疾病特点做好心理护理;根据患儿的不同发作形式做好预见性的护理,确保脑电图检查的准确性;做好患儿癫疒间发作及持续状态时的护理;关注药物不良反应,对症护理;做好疾病知识、用药、生活方面的出院指导,对促进患儿康复非常重要。本组患儿出院时25例临床治愈,28例明显好转,7例未愈,均无并发症发生,随访依从性好。This paper sums up the key points in nursing 60 cases of children patients with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. It is held that （1） good psychological nursing should be offered in light of the features of the diseases for sound nurse-patient relationship; （2） for- ward-thinking nursing based on the different forms of the breaking out of the disease should be provided to ensure the accuracy of the EEG examination; （3） competent nursing should be offered at the outbreaking of epilepsy and for the whole while; （4） attention should be paid to the adverse reactions to drugs, related nursing care should be offered; and （5） before-discharge guidance on the knowledge of the disease, medication and life should be made. Of the patients in this study, 25 were cured, 28 saw marked improvement and 7 failed the treatment. None had complication and all showed good compliance to the follow-up visits.
