摘　　要：在经济全球化迅速发展和区域、次区域经济一体化不断加强的大背景下,泛北部湾经济区的合作面临着许多新的历史性机遇。但泛北部湾经济区域的一些不和谐因素有可能妨碍泛北部湾经济区域的稳定与区域各国合作的进一步深入开展。积极主动地构建和推进泛北部湾经济区域的和谐,对于亚太、亚洲、中国,对于泛北部湾经济区各国的发展,对于中国—东盟自由贸易区的建设,乃至于对世界的和平、发展和稳定,都具有举足轻重的重要意义。Under the big background which the economic globalization rapidly expands and the subregion economic integration strengthens unceasingly, the cooperation of the Pan Beibu Gulf of economic zone face many new historical opportunity. But some unharmonious factor hinders region＇s steady and region＇s cooperation to develop thoroughly. Therefore, to construete the Guangxi Beibu Gulf of economic zone harmoniously, advance the Pan Beibu Gulf of economic region the harmony, is the pivotal important meaning for Asia and Pacific, China, the Pan Beibu Gulf of economic zone＇s various countries.
