摘　　要：目前,我国高等学校实行的是党委领导下的校长负责制。从政治学视觉来考察,可以发现这一体制有着丰富的科学内涵,但在实际操作中有些问题应当加以注意。At present, China＇s institutions of colleges and universities is the principal responsibility under the leadership of the party committee. The scientific connotation of the system is expounded from the vision of political science in this paper, and the author makes recommendations for the problem which should be paid attention to in the actual operation of the system.
