摘　　要：目的:探讨同种异体骨在治疗胫骨平台骨折中植骨的临床效果。方法:对2003年1月～2007年12月随访资料完整的行同种异体骨植骨治疗胫骨平台骨折者98例进行回顾分析,全部病例术前均作X线拍片和CT扫描,术中采用解剖型钢板或锁定钢板(LCP)固定。结果:随访时间8个月～3年,平均28.5个月。按照Merchant评分标准优良率为92.3%。结论:应用同种异体骨植入治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效满意。Objective ：To analyze the effect of allogeneic bone graft in treatment of tibial plateau fracture. Methods： Ninety-eight cases with allogeneic bong graft transplantation and open reduction internal fixation were reviewed, all cases took A-P and lateral X-ray plate and CT scan, according to fractures operation plan were made. The internal-fixation with T-shape or anatomic osteosynthesis or locking compression plate （LCP）. Results： The follow-up were 8-36 months, good result was 92.3% in all cases according to Merchant＇s criteria. Conclusion： It is effective to use allogeneic bone graft to treat tibial plateau fractures.
