摘　　要：目的:建立反相离子对色谱法测定复方利血平片中硫酸双肼屈嗪含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,乙腈-甲醇-1.2%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(磷酸调节pH=2.5±0.1)(20∶10∶70)为流动相,柱温:28℃,检测波长为310nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果:硫酸双肼屈嗪在0.0785～0.7848μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线形关系(r=0.9999);其高、中、低3种浓度的平均回收率分别为100.01%,99.82%,98.94%;RSD分别为0.92%,0.86%,1.07%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective：The determination of the content of dihydralazine sulfate in compound reserpine tablets was established by eversed phase ion pair chromatograpy.Methods：A Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatographic column was used with acetonitrile-methanol-1.2% sodium heptanesulfonate （adjust pH to pH=2.5±0.1 by phosphoric acid）（20：10：70） as mobile phase at 28℃.The detecting wavelength was 310 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Resldts：The linear range was 0.078 5-0.784 8μg （r=0.999 9）.The average recoveries were 100.01%,99.82%,98.94% with corresponding RSD of 0.92%, 0.86%,1.07%.Conclusion：The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used in the quality control of this preparation.
