复方甘草甜素(美能)治疗重型病毒性肝炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方甘草甜素(美能)对重型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法:选择重型病毒性肝炎62例,根据治疗方法的不同随机分为两组。对照组(32例)为常规综合治疗;治疗组(30例)在综合治疗的基础上加用美能注射液100ml静脉点滴,qd,疗程均为20d。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,临床总有效率显著提高(P<0.05),肝功能显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草甜素(美能)可改善重型病毒性肝炎患者的肝功能及临床症状,具有良好的应用前景。Objective：To observe the clinical effectiveness of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection on patients with severe viral hepatitis. Methods： 62 patients of severe viral hepatitis were divided into two groups. Controled group （32 cases） were given routine therapy. Treated group （30 cases） were given Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection once daily by intravenous drip infasion at a dosage of 100 ml. All patients were treated for 20 days. Results： Effective rate and liver function of treated group were obviously better than those of controled group （P〈0.05, respectively）. Conclusion： Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection is effective for treatment of severe type of viral hepatitis. Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection is expected to be widely used in the future.
