摘 要:目的:探讨阴道超声监视下双氧水造影对输卵管及宫腔病变的诊断价值。方法:33例不孕患者在阴道超声超下行输卵管通液术。结果:双侧输卵管通畅12例;双侧输卵管不全梗阻2例;一侧输卵管不全梗阻4例;双侧输卵管完全梗阻5例;一侧输卵管通畅10例。结论:阴道超声监视下双氧水子宫输卵管通液术对输卵管及宫腔盆腔病变有诊断价值。Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value of transvaginal ultrasound guided tubal patent test by hydrogen dioxide solution in disease of fallopian tube, uterine cavity and pelvic cavity. Methods: 33 cases of patients with clinical suspected tubal infertility underwent transvaginal ultrasound guided uterotubal patent test by hydrogen dioxide solution. Results:Bilateral patent were found in 12 patients. Bilateral non-patent and partially non-patent in 5 and 2,respectively. Unilateral patent and partially non-patent in 10 and 4, respectively. Conclusion:Tansvaginal ultrasound guided uterotubal patent test by hydrogen dioxide solution has a great potency in the diagnosis of disease from fallopian tube, uterine cavity and pelvic cavity.
