胶原-氧氟沙星栓剂的研制

摘　　要：目的:以胶原、氧氟沙星为主要原料,研制一种用于宫颈创面止血、消炎并能加速创面愈合的新型栓剂材料。方法:制备高纯度的胶原蛋白溶液,栓剂基质,加入氧氟沙星和甲硝唑制成栓剂,然后进行理化性能检测及质量监测、毒理学试验和药效学试验,并对其止血、消炎性能进行评价。结果:该栓剂质量稳定,pH值为5.5,毒理学试验均为阴性。药效学动物试验显示处方1组、2组一期愈合率为80%和90%,平均愈合时间为5～6d。处方1组、2组与对照组相比较,止血和愈合的效果比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01,比较处方1组、2组止血和愈合的效果无变化(P>0.05)。结论:胶原-氧氟沙星阴道栓剂,既有止血、抗菌消炎,又有利于创面愈合、缩短愈合时间,具有临床应用价值。Objective： To take collagen and Ofloxacin as main ingredients, a new suppository was prepared for anti-inflammation and elevating healing of uterine neck＇s wound. Methods： Add Ofloxacin and Metronidazole to the high purity collagen and base material, and the suppository was prepared. To evaluate the effects of suppository by determination of physicochemical property and quality, toxicology and pharmacodynamics. Results： The quality of suppository was stable, pH value was 5.5, the result of toxicology test was feminine. Pharmaeodynamics test showed that the healing rate of uterine neck＇s wound in preparation one and two were 80% and 90% respectively. The average of healing time was five or six days. Compared with control group, the effects of preparation one and two was more obvious （P〈0.01）.There was no difference between group one and group two. Conclusion： Vagina suppository of collagen and Ofloxacin has excellent clinic curative value which can stanch, diminish inflammation, and advance the healing of uterine neck＇s wound.
