摘　　要：财务管理是组织企业财务活动,处理财务关系的一项经济管理工作。抓企业管理要以抓财务管理为核心内容。只有加强财务管理,才能带动和推动其他各项管理。本文从财务管理的地位和目标入手,指出现代企业财务管理中存在的问题,并提出了财务管理中的几点创新。Shandong Coat Mine Safety Supervision Bureau of Financial Management Service Center, the organization of corporate finance activities, dealing with the financial relationship between an economic management.
