摘　　要：随着经济的快速稳健增长,我国复合肥行业得到了快速发展。然而随着行业竞争逐渐激烈,产品由供不应求转向供过于求,生产企业不能完全消化掉产能的增加,必须要考虑与竞争对手争夺市场;而对于复合肥行业,时间就是市场。因此,分销网络建设和优化成为复合肥供应链中最重要的一个环节。文中给出了针对复合肥特征的两级分销网络优化模型,综合考虑分销网络中各种成本因素,特别是库存成本,使之实现成本最小化。With the sound development of China economy,fertilizer industry grows rapidly. On the other hand,the intense competition makes product demand shift to over-supply,that means the companies can not completely digest the increase in production capacity. Nowadays it becomes necessary for the companies to compete with the rivals, and for the fertilizer industry, time is the market. Therefore, the construction and optimization of distribution network becomes the most important aspect in Compound Fertilizer supply chain management. This paper .addresses a location-inventory model taking a variety of cost factors especially inventory costs into consideration, aiming at total cost minimization.
