摘  要:利用光镜和透射电镜对梅花鹿鹿茸角生长顶端的组织结构进行了观察。结果显示,梅花鹿鹿茸角生长顶端分皮肤层、间充质层、前成软骨层、过渡层和软骨层。间充质层细胞形态均一,细胞体积较小,呈梭形,细胞核呈椭圆形,核仁明显,胞质内细胞器含量极少,呈典型的幼稚性细胞形态。前成软骨层内有前成软骨细胞,前成软骨细胞体积较间充质层细胞大,呈长椭圆形,细胞核呈圆形或椭圆形,有1-2个核仁,胞质内出现较多的粗面内质网及多聚核糖体。过渡层细胞成分多样,包括前成软骨细胞和成软骨细胞;成软骨细胞体积较前成软骨细胞大,胞质内的粗面内质网和高尔基体进一步发育。软骨层内含大量软骨细胞,软骨细胞的形态极不规则,核膜也不规则,胞质内见有粗面内质网、高尔基体、游离核糖体和脂滴,线粒体极少。The microstructure and ultrastructure of antler growing tip in sika deer were observed. The results showed that the growing tip of sika deer antlers consisted of skin,mesenchyme,precartilage,transition zone and cartilage. Histologically, the shape of cells in mesenchyme were similar, displaying small, spindle-shaped and juvenile, having an oval-shaped nucleus with obvious nueleolus and a few organelle. Prechonseobtasts were found in precartilage,and ellipsoid and bigger than the cell in mesenehyme,which had a round or oval-shaped nucleus with 1-2 nucleoli. Some rough endoplasmic reticulums (RER) and polyribosomes were found in their cytoplasm. The cells in transition zone were various,including prechonseoblasts and chonseoblasts. The chonseoblast was bigger than the prechonseoblast. The RER and Golgi complex further developed in the cytoplasm. A lot of chondrocytes were found in cartilage,and the irregular shape of the ceils and the nuclear membrane was irregular too. There were some-RER, Golgi complex, free ribosome,lipid droplets and few mitochondrion in its cytoplasm.
