摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病项目开展情况,完成艾滋病项目进度报表Ⅲ,为下一步开展艾滋病的行为干预、制定科学合理的艾滋病防治策略提供依据。方法在河南省19个项目县贫困地区艾滋病高发村对5类人群(暗娼、大众人群、艾滋病病毒感染者及病人、受艾滋病影响儿童)的知识、行为及受关怀救助状况等进行面对面的问卷调查。结果3年专题调查结果呈逐年递增趋势(P<0.01),各项目标均达到国家项目办下达的指标。结论河南省贫困地区艾滋病高发村5类人群的知识、行为及受关怀救助状况达到了全国较高水平。Objective To learn about the development of AIDS program and the completion of the program progress reports Ⅲ, in order to provide the foundation for making a scientifically reasonable strategy to further prevent and control AIDS for the next behavior intervention. Methods Questionnaire was made about the knowledge of AIDS control and prevention, and the situation of behavior and being cared for among five kinds of crowds （unlicensed prostitutes, general population, PLWHA and the AIDS patients, and children influenced by HIV） in 19 project counties in Henan Province. Results The special investigation showed that the awareness rate of AIDS control and prevention was gradually increasing （P〈0.01）, each aim reaching the demand of China Global Fund Round 3 AIDS Program Office. Conclusions The situation of behavior and being cared for among five kinds of crowds in the underdeveloped areas in Henan Province has achieved a higher level nationally.
