摘　　要：目的了解陕西省3个全球基金艾滋病项目县暗娼人群行为干预工作情况,并对取得的效果进行评价,总结经验。方法采取问卷调查的方式,对3个项目县暗娼人群进行调查,并将结果与基线调查相比较。结果项目县暗娼人群艾滋病知识知晓率由基线调查时的23.81%提高到2008年专项调查时的89.52%;安全套使用率从基线调查77.78%提高到96.77%。结论项目启动6年以来,对项目县暗娼人群的艾滋病知识、行为、态度的干预取得了很好的效果,应将干预经验加以推广,不断加大干预覆盖面。Objective To understand the behavior intervention on commercial sex workers in the three AIDS Global Fund program counties in Shaanxi Province. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among commercial sex wrokers in the three program counties, and the results compared with the baseline survey. Results The percentage of the awareness rate of the AIDS knowledge had increased from 23.81% at the baseline survey to 89.52% in 2008; condom use had increased from 77.78 % to 96.77 % during the program period. Conclusions The intervention as to the knowledge, behavior and attitude of the demimondaines in the three program counties has a good effect. The experience acquired in this program should therefore be popularized and the coverage of interventions ought to be extended.
