摘　　要：目的对襄樊市2003年以来进行艾滋病抗病毒治疗的150名病人治疗效果进行分析。方法应用国家免费提供的抗病毒治疗药品,对符合治疗条件的艾滋病病毒感染病人进行规范的抗病毒治疗,对该地区150例病人相关信息进行分析,包括治疗随访体检结果、CD4+T淋巴细胞、病毒载量(VL)和血检结果等数据。结果84.7%的病人能够耐受治疗,治疗过程中16人死亡,死亡率为10.7%。病人在抗病毒治疗6个月后,90%以上患者临床症状得到改善;CD4+T细胞计数显著升高,CD4+T细胞均数由基线的85.9个/mm3升至381.9个/mm3;2008年期间治疗一年以上接受病毒载量检测并返回结果80人,75人低于检测线,病毒抑制率为93.7%。结论适时开展规范的艾滋病抗病毒治疗可以明显降低病人死亡率,改善病人的生存质量;维持较高的依从性可以取得很好的抗病毒治疗效果。Objective To collect and analyze the data of 150 patients who were on ARV treatment since 2003 in Xiangfan. Methods Standard antiretroviral drugs were provided free for the treatment of people with HIV/AIDS, and information related to 150 patients with AIDS on ARV treatment was put into analysis. The data investigated included use of antiviral, clinic examination for follow-up work, CD4^＋ T assay, and viral loads and the result of blood test. Results 84,7 % of them were tolerant of the treatment, 16 patients on ARV died, and the mortality was 10.7%. For the patients who were on ARV for more than 6 months, the clinical symptoms in more than 90% of them improved. The CD4 counts increased markedly, and CD4 average counts increased from 85. 9/mm^3 to 381. 9/mm^3 （P 〈 0. 001 ）. In 2008, patients who were on treatment for more than one year were tested in viral load and 80 results were obtained. The results of 75 patients were undetectable and the virus suppression rate was 93.7 %. Conclusions Starting normalized ART in time can decrease mortality of patients markedly and improve their life quality, while maintaining a better adherence may lead to a good ART effect.
