摘　　要：以我国参加奥运会的三名女子3000米障碍跑运动员为研究对象,运用运动解析的方法对其在2007年在全国田径大奖赛上的运动技术进行解析。找出制约我国女子3000米障碍跑运动员运动成绩的主要因素,使今后的运动训练更加具有针对性和目的性,尽快提高我国女子3000米障碍跑的运动成绩。This article takes as research subjects three female 3 000 meter barrier racers who participated in Olympic Games. Kinematic analysis is used to analyze the kinematic technology used in 2007 National Field and Track Contest and find out the major factors restricting the performance of Chinese female 3 000 meter barrier racers so that future training can be more effective and their performance can be better.
