摘  要:目的了解铜绿假单胞菌中OXA型超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的检出率及其基因分布情况。方法收集2006年10月至2007年1月中南大学湘雅医院临床标本分离的非重复铜绿假单胞菌97株,用PCR进行OXA型ESBLs基因型的检测,对PCR产物进行测序并确定其基因型。结果97株铜绿假单胞菌经PCR扩增发现3株菌的质粒上携带OXA型ESBLs,OXA型酶的检出率为3.1%(3/97)。3株质粒DNA OXA.PCR产物测序序列经GenBank网上同源性比较,未发现完全相同的核苷酸和氨基酸序列,为新发现的OXA型ESBLs耐药基因,分别命名为blaOXA-128和blaOXA-129,已经注册到GenBank数据库,GenBank号分别为EU573214和573215。结论中南大学湘雅医院已经存在携带OXA型超广谱酶铜绿假单胞菌感染发现了铜绿假单胞菌携带的两个新的OXA型ESBLs耐药基因。Objective To study the prevalence and genotype distribution of OXA-type extendedspectrumβ-1actamases (ESBLs) in Pseudomonas aerugenosa strains. Methods Ninty-seven non-repetitive clinical strains of Pseudomonas aerugenosa isolates were collected from October 2006 to January 2007 in the Xiangya Hospital in Hunan province. The OXA-type genes of 97 Pseudomonas aerugenosa strains were collected from Oct. 2006 to Jan 2007. They were detected by PCR and DNA sequencing was used to determine the genotypes of the OXA ESBLs. Results 3 out of 97 Pseudomonas aerugenosa isolates carried blaOXA genes from plasmid, the isolate rate of OXA-type ESBLs was 3. 1% ( 3/97 ). The genotype of 3 isolates was not included in GenBank after homology comparison. They are novel OXA-type extendedspectrum beta-lactamase, named as blaOXA-128 and blaOXA-129 (corresponding to Genbank NO. EU573214 and EU573215). Conclusions The OXA type beta-lactamase genes carried by Pseudornonas aerugenosa is first identified as two novel OXA-type extended-spectrum beta-lactamase genes:blaOXA-128 and blaOXA-129.
