摘　　要：提出了一种基于语义服务链的服务动态组合算法.该算法采用面向语义的Petri网来表示政务服务,并给出了组合服务的生成实例及其控制执行的本体服务链.实验结果表明,该算法在可接受的链接时间内,自动组合出复杂政务服务的链接成功率达到80%以上,有效提高了服务组合的质量和效率.This paper proposed a Dynamic Service Composition Method （DSCM） based on semantic service links. The DSCM states the service of e-Gov through semantic petri-net. This method provides a service composition Generation Algorithm and semantic service links for controlling algorithm＇s execution. Experiment results show that the algorithm is efficient. This work will reduce the complexity of services＇ design and implementation.
