摘  要:循环经济理念已经成为减缓我国废旧产品不断增长所带来的巨大环保压力的指导性方针。但是目前尚缺乏基于具体国情的、支持废旧产品再生利用处置宏观战略规划的系统分析方法。本文引入系统动力学方法,首先研究再生利用处置系统通用动力学模型的构建问题,然后以电池产品的再生利用处置为例,研究并构建了该行业专用的动力学模型,仿真分析了不同政策场景下的不同宏观战略,设计对于系统关键变量的影响,以支持更为科学合理的再生产业宏观战略的规划及相关政策的制定。Idea of recycling economy has become a guidance to alleviate the environmental pressure caused by increasing end-of-life products. But there was no systematic analysis method to aid the macro-strategy planning of recycling and disposal system under specific national circumstances and industries. Based on system dynamics, a generic dynamics model for recycling and disposal system was put forward. Then the recycling and disposal of battery product was taken as an example to construct the specific system dynamics model. Influence of different macro-strategy design under different policy on key system variables were analyzed by simulation. The analysis result could support more reasonable macro-strategy planning and related policy-making of recycling industry.
