摘 要:应用阻抗分析仪及短路同轴腔测量了镍锌铁氧体材料高频下的复数磁导率,具体介绍了该测试系统测量重复性及仪器精度导致的标准不确定度以及合成不确定度、扩展不确定度等评定过程。结果表明,在6MHz~60MHz频率范围内,复数磁导率实部μ′和虚μ″的扩展不确定度为5%-6%左右,证实了用这种方法测量高频复数磁导率是可行的。通过比较发现,随着频率的增高,μ′的不确定度增高,而μ″的不确定度却呈现减小的趋势。The complex permeability of NiZn ferrite magnetic core at high frequency was measured by shorting coaxial cavity of the impedance analyzer, and the standard uncertainty components resulting from measuring repeability and equipment precision, the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty are analyzed. It is turned out that the expanded uncertainty of μ′ and μ″ is in the range of 5% -6%, which proves the pracitability of high frequency permeability measurement by shorting coaxial cavity. It was also found that the expanded uncertainty of μ′ increases, while the expanded uncertainty of μ″ decreases with increasing frequency.
