摘 要:以硫酸铁铵为催化剂,采用微波辐射的方法催化合成乙酸正丁酯。讨论了微波辐射的功率、反应时间、酸醇摩尔比、催化剂的用量以及分水因素对酯化反应的影响。通过单因素实验确定合成乙酸正丁酯的最佳反应条件为:微波辐射功率为240 W,辐射时间为15 m in,催化剂用量为1.3 g,酸醇比为1.2:1.0,酯化率为98.2%。本方法具有反应时间短、反应条件温和、后处理简单且环保无污染等特点。N -butyl acetate was synthesized by using ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate as catalyst with microwave irradiation method. The influences of the power of microwave radiation, reaction time, mole ratio of glacial acetic acid to n - butanol, a mount of catalyst and the water diversion on esterfication were discussed and the optimum processing condition was found. The optimum condition of the synthesis of n - butyl acetate which was decided by single - factor experiments as fowllows : power of microwave radiation 240 W, radiation timel5 min, the amount of catalyst 1.3 g; mole ratio of glacial acetic acid to n- butanol 1.2:1.0, and yield 82.3%. The method was distinguished for it's virtues: short time, mild condition, simple post -pressing and good for environment.
