摘  要:利用冶炼烟气生产硫酸是我国硫酸工业的一种重要工艺方法,冶炼烟气制酸工艺利用矿石原料中的硫资源生产副产品,能够获得一定的经济效益。本文通过介绍一个工程实例的工艺设计过程,叙述了冶炼烟气制酸装置转化工段主要工艺计算和主要设备的选型计算,提出了在计算过程中一些设计参数的选择方法和需要注意的事项。得出的结论为:在烟气中含有一定浓度的一氧化碳的条件下,含较低二氧化硫浓度的烟气同样可以在转化工段实现自热平衡,用于生产硫酸。Acid -making from smelting gases was a main process method to produce sulphuric acid in the sulphuric acid industry in China. In this process, the byproduct was produced from sulfur resource in minerals, and certain economic profit can be got from the byproduct. The procedure of the process design ot a project case, states me mam process calculation and the selection calculation of the main equipments in conversion section of acid - making from smelting gases fa- cilities were introduced, and the selecting method of some design parameters and some necessary cautions during calculation process were put forward. The conclusion was that autothermal equilibrium can be achieved in conversion section of gases which contained lower sulfur dioxide concentration to produce sulphuric acid if flue gas contains certained carbon monoxide concentration.
