摘 要:以同一株橡胶树的枝条和叶片为材料,采用5种不同的组织表面消毒方法,在加入3种不同细菌生长抑制剂的PDA培养基中培养橡胶树内生真菌。结果表明,在加入Rifamicin 15mg/L的PDA培养基中,运用M2培养分离效果最佳。Leaves and branches from the same rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) were collected as materials and sterilized with 5 different sterilization techniques, and cultured in PAD culture medium supplemented with 3 different bacterial growth inhibitors to produce endophytic fungi. The results showed that the leaves and branches sterilized with the M2 method (sterilized with 75% ethanol for 1 min, followed by 4% sodium hypochlorite for 4 min and 75% ethanol for 30 see, and rinsed with aqua sterilisa) and cultured on the PDA medium added with Rifamicin (15 mg/L) produced the largest number of endophytic fungi.
