摘　　要：分析了影响硅油风扇离合器性能的因素,并对影响离合器性能的重要结构尺寸进行了优化设计。设计了一种硅油风扇离合器并对其进行了试验分析和台架试验。试验结果表明,该产品具有较好的温度响应特性和较低的功率消耗,并证明了设计方法的有效性。This thesis alalyzed the factors that influence the capability of fun clutch,and optimized the important configuration dimensions that influence the capability of fun clutch.A new fun clutch is designed and an experiment is made to test its effect.The result of the experiment indicated,the product has the good characteristic of temperature response and lower power expense.This proved this means is valid.
