摘　　要：研究定子扇形片模具结构及装配工艺,进行模具优化设计,可大大提高模具的使用寿命、降低电机的生产成本,解决实际生产中经常出现的质量问题。This paper Studied the structure and assembly process to the stator sector mold,analysed the reason of rising quality problem,proposed the corrective measure,enhanced mold’s service life greatly,reduced motor’s production cost,solved the quality problem which appears in the actual production frequently.
