基于循环经济的生态工业园区综合评价研究

摘　　要：发展循环经济是实现新兴工业化的必由之路,建设生态工业园区又是世界各国推进循环经济发展的重要手段,是提高资源利用率、降低环境污染、保护生态环境的最佳运作形式。为了规范生态工业园区的建设,评估园区建设和改造进程,根据生态工业园区的基本内涵和设计原则,构建了生态工业园区综合评价指标体系,并应用AHP-模糊综合评价法建立了生态工业园区综合评价模型。The Development of circular economy is the only way to accomplish new industrialization, and the building of ecoindustrial parks is an important means to promoting circular economy for all countries in the world, the best mode to increase resource utilization, reduce pollution and protect ecological environment. This paper establishes the evaluation index system based on the basic content and design principle of Eco-industrial Park, and designs a model of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, in order to promote the healthy development of the park.
