摘　　要：厘清作者与期刊编辑的关系,有利于作者和期刊编辑形成良好的合作关系,促进社会科学和文化的良好传播。通过分析以作者为中心论的偏颇及以编辑为主体论的误区,可以阐述这样一个观点,即一份文明成果的社会效应应是作者与编辑共同劳动成果的结晶。文章通过自己在期刊编辑过程中不断地实践,同时研究其他出版物编辑的经验总结,深感作者与编辑处于平等合作的关系是有利于社会科学和文化传播的一个重要条件。Understanding the relationship between author and editor well earl promote the cooperation of the two, and also helps for good transmission of social sciences and culture. This paper, on the basis of analyzing such bias as ＂author as main body＂and＂editor as leading actor＂, puts forward that the social effect of a civilized production must be achieved by the good cooperation of both author and editor. 1~ough a series of practice and a serious study of the experience of other editors, this paper argues that relationship between author and editor is equal and cooporative and this kind of relationship is propitious to the healthy and lasting development of a transaction and it must be an important condition to develop the transmission of the social sciences and culture.
