摘 要:构建煤矿综采设备的寿命评价体系,进行设备寿命状态科学合理的评价,对完善设备管理理论,指导生产企业进行设备的科学管理,具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。在煤矿综采设备寿命评价理论体系分析的基础上,提出以经济性寿命、安全性寿命、可靠性寿命及技术性寿命为指标的综采设备寿命评价指标体系,建立了综采设备寿命评价指标体系结构及评价系统模型,为综采设备寿命评价系统的实现进行了理论上的准备。It has important theoretical significance and engineering value to build the life evaluation system for fully mechanized mining equipment, carrying on scientific and reasonable evaluation for equipment life, to improve equipment management theory, and to guide the manufacturers to carry on scientific management for equipment. Based on the analysis of the theoretical system of the life evaluation for fully mechanized mining equipment in the coal mine, taking the life of economy, the life of safety, the life of reliability and the technical life as evaluation indexes, the paper established the life evaluation index system for fully mechanized mining equipment and set up an evaluation system model. The work is the theoretical preparation for the realization of the life evaluation system for fully mechanized mining equipment.
