抚触疗法及非营养性吸吮辅助治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨抚触疗法及非营养性吸吮辅助治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的效果。[方法]将60例喂养不耐受早产儿随机分为干预组30例和对照组30例,对照组行常规治疗,干预组在此基础上施加抚触疗法及非营养性吸吮。[结果]干预组胃残留量、腹胀消失时间、恢复至出生体重、喂养耐受与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]抚触疗法结合非营养性吸吮对早产儿喂养不耐受具有良好的治疗效果。Objective：To probe into the effect of touching therapy and non-nutritional sucking as assistance to treat premature infants with feeding intolerance.Methods：A total of 60 premature infants with feeding intolerance were randomly divided into intervention group and control group （30 cases each）.Preterm babies in control group accepted routine treatment.Besides that,touching therapy and non-nutritional sucking were carried out for preterm infants in intervention group.Results：In terms of stomach residual volume,time of abdominal distension disappear,time of recovered to birth weight and feeding tolerance,there were statistical significant differences between control group and intervention group preterm babies （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Touching therapy in combination with non-nutritional sucking has better effect for premature infants with feeding intolerance.
