摘　　要：20世纪以来,政治问责已是政治学和公共行政学中的一个核心主题,建立一个更加对公民负责的政府也是世界范围内国家建设或者重建的主要目标。20世纪90年代后期以来,这一领域的研究取得了巨大的进展。论文将总结和评论这些研究进展,并阐述其对中国的政治问责而言所具有的理论与实践的意义。Since the 20th century,political accountability has been a central theme in politics and public administration,and to create a government more accountable to citizenries has been the main aim of state(re-)building worldwide.Since the late 1990s,great progresses have been made in the area of political accountability studies.This paper will provide a summary and review of these progresses,followed by an elaboration of their theoretical and practical implications for China's enterprise of political accountability.
