摘　　要：新农村,不止是刷墙、安电、铺路、修厕所,更在于农民社会主义主体地位的确立,在于其生产方式和生活方式的改变。文章以保定市白沟镇为例,在深入调研基础上,就社会主义新农村建设中的几个问题进行探讨。To build a new countryside means not only to paint walls, install electricity, pave roads, or build public toilets, but also to establish farmers＇ socialist dominant position, and change their way of production and lifestyle. This article made a case study of Baigou Town in Baoding, and discussed several issues concerning the construction of the new socialist countryside.
