摘　　要：ＹＤ３１２００－２３型高压电选机是作者自行设计研制的最新一代的工业型电选设备．该机处理量大，结构紧凑、新颖，配置灵活，对工艺流程适应性广．在攀枝花选钛厂的连续生产试验表明，其单机处理能力达到３０４８ｋｇ／ｈ，钛精矿品位（含ＴｉＯ２）４７．５８％，作业收率达８４．１５％．主要性能参数指标达到国际领先水平。YD31200 23 type high tension electrostatic separator is the most advanced industrial electrostatic separator designed and manufactured in our country. The separator is flexible to technological process, its processing capacity is great, its structure is compact and novel, and the disposition is flexible. The experiments of continuous production in Panzhihua ilmenite concentration plant indicate that the processing capacity is up to 3048 kg/h, and concentrate grade (TiO 2) is 47 58% with a recovery of 84 15%. The properties are among the best in the world.
