珠海市香洲区1036名女教师常见妇女疾病调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解女教师常见妇科疾病的患病情况,给今后做好常见妇女疾病的防治和妇女保健工作提供科学依据。方法:采用常规临床检查结合细胞学涂片以及B超、红外线扫描等检查。结果:常见妇女疾病总患病率为33.97%,妇科疾病、乳腺疾病患病率分别为28.28%和14.28%,不同年龄组间患病率差异有显著性。患病率较高的疾病为宫颈炎、乳腺增生、阴道炎和子宫肌瘤。结论:女教师的健康应引起社会的关注和有关部门的重视,加强妇女保健工作。Objective： To find out the regular gynecopathy of female teachers in order to give the scientific opinion to female health care and therapy them later. Method：Clinical routine checks combining with cytologypaint , B ultrasonography and the infrared scan etc. Result： The attack rate of regular gynecopathy was 33.97%. The attack rate of gynecopathy and breast diseases were 28.28 % and 14.28% respectively. The attack rates in different age group are distinct . The diseases with high attack rate were cervicitis, breast hyperplasia , vaginitis and the myoma of uterus. Condusion： The society and the relative departments should pay attention to the health of female teachers and strengthen the female health care.
