摘　　要：文章在阐述信用担保公司作用和对宁波21家信用担保公司调查的基础上,从11个方面分析总结了宁波市信用担保公司的基本情况和运行机制及其存在问题,并从5个方面提出了进一步促进宁波信用担保业发展的对策建议。The study reported in the paper include four main parts： a discussion of the function of credit guarantee company, a survey of 21 Ningbo credit guarantee companies, an analysis from 11 aspects on operation mechanism and potential problems in Ningbo credit guarantee companies, and five suggestions on promoting Credit Guarantee practices in Ningbo.
