摘　　要：目的:探讨改进的耳后乳突区皮瓣再造耳垂的新方法及效果。方法:将耳后乳突区的双叶形皮瓣设计成圆锥形皮瓣再造耳垂。结果:用改进的耳后乳突区皮瓣折叠法再造耳垂6例,全部一期手术完成,再造耳垂外形自然流畅,供区瘢痕隐蔽。结论:改进的耳后乳突区皮瓣折叠法再造耳垂,手术创伤小、瘢痕隐蔽、再造耳垂外形自然,是一种值得推广应用的耳垂再造方法。Objective To investigate effects of the new method of improved skin flap on post aurem and mastoid region to restore the ear lobe. Methods Skin flap of doulbe-leaf shape on post aurem and mastoid region was designed into flap of conical shape to restore the ear lobe, Results Six patients accepted the surgery in the method of modified folding skin flap on post aurem and mastoid region to restore the ear lobe. All the surgeries were of one stage operation. The shape of the restored ear lobes was natural and fluent and scars on the donor site were occult. Conclusion The method of modified folding skin flap on post aurem and mastoid region to restore the ear lobe is worth to be widely general application because of its small surgical trauma and occult scars and natural shape of restored ear lobe.
