活性染料在蚕丝织物上的拼色相容性

摘　　要：采用标准染色法测定乙烯砜型Everzol活性染料对蚕丝染色的SERF值,并以SERF值法、色相角-时间曲线和亮度~彩度[ΔC*^(-ΔL*)]色度图法评价乙烯砜型活性染料在蚕丝上的拼色相容性。结果表明,SERF值法可用于初步选定拼混染料;色相角-时间曲线和色度图法,则可以更准确地表征拼混染料的相容性,且色度图法评价方法更优。在染色过程中,色相角随时间的变化小,拼混染料的相容性好;预加碱法染色时,若不同时间取样样品的色度值与不同染料浓度取样样品的色度值在色度图中的重叠程度大,则染料的相容性好。The characteristic SERF values of vinyl sulfone Everzol reactive dyes for silk were measured, using the standard dyeing method. The SERF values, the hue angle changes with dyeing time and the △C＊-（-△L＊） colorimetric diagrams were used to evaluate the compatibility of vinyl sulfone reactive dye mixtures on silk. The results showed that the SERF values can be used to select dye mixtures preliminarily; but hue angle and colorimetric diagrams can more accurately characterize the compatibility of reactive dye mixtures. The little hue angle changes with time during the dyeing process indicated the good compatibility of reactive dye mixtures. With the alkali pre-addition method, two sets of samples were dyed, one at various dyeing intervals and the other at various concentration of the dye mixtures. The more overlap degree of two sets of samples colorimetric data in the colorimetric diagrams, the better the compatibility of reactive dye mixtures was.
