摘 要:选用不同染色特征值SERF值的三组活性染料三原色,分别用先酸后碱法工艺和采用pH值调节剂A工艺对锦棉交织物进行同浴染色,并对这两种工艺的染色效果进行比较。结果表明:SERF值中等的染料适用于上述两种工艺;在应用pH值调节剂A同浴染色的工艺中,其染浴pH值变化缓慢,综合染色效果好于先酸后碱法同浴染色工艺。In this paper, the reactive dyeing process of polyamide/cotton mixture in one bath was studied. The three groups of trichromatic dyes were selected, in which the dyeing characteristic value (SERF) was high, medium, and low respectively. Two processes were optimized, one was dyeing in acid prior to alkali method, the other was dyeing with pH regulating agent A. The dyeing effects were compared. The results showed that the dyes with medium SERF value were more suitable for both processes. Further more, the latter process could achieve better effects, and pH value of dye bath changed slowly during the dyeing process.
