摘 要:将聚氯乙烯(PVC)与Anion负离子添加剂混合制备PVC/Anion复合材料,并采用滴塑成型技术印制在纺织品表面,得到具有释放负离子功能的PVC/Anion复合材料滴塑纺织品。对Anion负离子添加剂进行的热失重分析表明,Anion负离子添加剂能够在160~180℃的高温条件下应用;透射电镜观察表明,Anion负离子添加剂粉体微粒的尺寸约为50nm;扫描电镜观察则表明,Anion负离子添加剂在滴塑材料中的尺寸约为1μm,PVC/Anion复合材料的发泡气孔大小及分布均匀,泡孔直径约为60μm。试验制备的滴塑纺织品释放负离子数可达4000个/cm^3,与海边的负离子数目相当。The PVC/Anion composite were prepared by polyvinyl chloride (PVC) mixed with the Anion additives, and printed on the fabric with plastic drop printing technology. Anion additives on the thermal gravimetric analysis showed that Anion additives could resist high temperature of 160-180℃. TEM observation showed that, particle size of Anion additive powder was about 50 nm. Scanning electron microscope showed that the size of additive materials in the drop plastic fabric was about 1 μm, PVC/Anion composite material had uniform foam porosity distribution and size, the bubble diameter was about 60 μm. The release of anion number in the fabric was about 4 000 ions/cm3.
