摘　　要：LMH208型针织/梭织两用平幅水洗机采用小浴比循环喷淋等节水节能技术,其独特的动态过滤箱保证了回用循环水的水质,提高了循环次数;其强力喷淋水刀,喷射力度大,除杂能力强;由于采用模块化设计,组合更灵活,适合各类织物的生产;全程计算机控制使操作更简便。实际生产表明,该水洗联合机组大大降低生产成本。The composition and innovation of LMH208 type open-width washing machines for knitted and woven fabric were introduced, and performance of the equipment were analyzed. Cycling spraying with little bath ratio could save water and energy. The special dynamic filter promised the water quality and increased the cycling number. Strong water jet spray featured greater jet strength and impurity removal capability. Modular design was more flexible and suitable for the production of various fabrics. Computer control system was easy to operation. Continuous production lines reduced the cost greatly.
