摘　　要：以陆地棉"泗棉3号"为材料,对其无菌苗的茎尖进行了全固体茎尖培养,获得再生植株。结果表明:不同激素水平对成苗率和苗的发育有不同影响,0.1mg/L的IBA对植株再生的效果最佳;在使用的糖源中,葡萄糖明显好于蔗糖;80mg/L kam的筛选效果最好。The paper studied the culture of shoot tip of Gossypium hirsutum simian 3 for obtaining plantlet.The results showed that 0.1mg/L IBA was optimal for the development of shoot tip,the effect of glucose was better than sucrose＇s and the shoot tip was screened by the 80mg/L kam.Then the regenerated cotton plantlet were grafted successfully.
