摘 要:用勺形齿和楔形齿在不同的钻压、钻头移轴距、钻头转速条件下破碎砂岩、石灰岩,得到多组不同的破碎坑试验数据。通过对破碎坑的观察与分析,利用几何造型技术,建立了能够综合反映齿形特征和岩石性质的理论破碎坑三维几何模型。并确立了岩石特性、钻压、钻头移轴距、转速、齿形和破碎坑特征参数的对应关系。当给定钻井参数,不同结构的钻头在进行破岩时,可以根据几何模型计算出岩石的破碎量。Applying the scoop chisel teeth and chisel teeth to crushing sandstone and limestone,in different drilling pressures,bit offsets and bit's rotary speeds,several groups of different experimental data on the crushing pit have been obtained. Observing and analyzing the pit and utilizing the geometric modeling technology,a three-dimension geometric model of the theoretical crushing pit,which can show the feature of tooth form and the property of rock,has been established. The corresponding relation of rock property,weight on bit,bit offset,rotary speed,tooth form to the characteristic parameters of the crushing pit has been determined. Given the drilling parameters,the amount of rock crushing can be calculated according to the geometric model when the bits of different structures are crushing rock.
