摘　　要：针对常规洗井车须卸压后才能进行洗井作业,卸压放水时间长,不仅破坏注水状态,而且还造成浪费等问题,开发研制了JHX5280TJC型高压洗井车。该车配备的三缸柱塞泵保证了洗井车能够高压大排量洗井;自主开发的自动降压系统能轻松地将井口返水由高压自动降到1MPa以下,实现不卸压洗井;全新开发的加药系统解决了老式系统存在的问题;采用更可靠的防腐措施,大大延长了罐体使用寿命。JHX5280TJC高压洗井车在江汉、华北、江苏等油田的使用表明,该车彻底解决了常规洗井车不能解决的问题。In light of the problem that the ordinary well-flushing truck can perform the washing only after pressure release,the time for pressure release and water drain is long,the state of water injection is disturbed and the waste is caused,the JHX5280TJC well-flushing truck has been developed. The truck is equipped with the three-cylinder plunger pump,which guarantees that the truck can perform a high-pressure and high-duty flushing. The independently developed automatic pressure drop system can easily decrease the pressure of the wellhead backwater to 1 MPa automatically,achieving well-flushing without pressure release. The newly developed reagent feeding system has successfully solved the problem existing in the old system. Adoption of more reliable antiseptic measures lengthens the service life of the tank noticeably. Its application in Jianghan,Huabei and Jiangsu oilfields proves that the truck has completely solved the problem that the ordinary well-flushing truck cannot solve.
