闭窗变径套铣打捞器的研制与应用

摘　　要：修井打捞作业中,经常遇到加重杆、铅锤、射孔枪、断抽油杆、螺栓、泵衬套等小件落物的打捞,常规打捞难度大,成功率低。为此,研制了闭窗变径套铣打捞器。该打捞器主要由上接头、筒体、闭窗、套铣头4部分组成。两级闭窗处的齿爪、向上的单向作用是该工具的独特设计,能大量捞取落物;打捞器下端设计有满足切屑作用的较厚铣头,能长时间套铣。现场5口井的应用表明,这种打捞器具有套铣打捞操作简便、适应性强、打捞效果好等优点。The workover fishing operation often encounters the fishing of small junks,such as weight bar,plumb,perforator,broken pumping rod,bolt and pump bushing,which gives rise to difficult ordinary fishing and low success rate. Therefore,the closed-window tapered milling fisher has been developed. The fisher is mainly made up of the upper sub,tube,closed window and milling head. The design of the device is characterized by the tooth claw at the two-stage closed window and the upward one-way function,which can make the device perform much fishing. The lower end of the fisher is designedly installed with the thick milling head which is used to perform cutting as well as long-time milling. The field application of the device to the five wells indicates that the fisher is simple in operation,strong in adaptability and effective in fishing.
