国际生产中心转移与货币体系错配:东亚金融合作

摘　　要：在国际生产中心发生转移的进程中,东亚所包括的东盟10国和中、日、韩3国逐渐成为世界制造业的中心,而该地区的贸易计价与结算始终不能摆脱美元体制,造成国际货币体系错配,形成周期性金融动荡。解决错配就要建立东亚区域金融合作机制,如区域内的汇率协调、建设区域内债券市场、建立合作基金等是该区域避免国际金融危机冲击的最佳选择。During the transfer of international production procress, East Asia includes the 10 ASEAN countries and China, Japan, South Korea 3 States gradually became the center of the world＇s manufacturing industry, and the area of trade and settlement can not be denominated in U.S. dollars from the system, which result in mismatch of the international monetary system, and the formation of periodic financial turmoil. Will be set up to resolve the mismatch of East Asian regional financial cooperation mechanisms, such as exchange rate coordination in the region, building regional bond market, such as cooperation fund set up in the region to avoid the impact of international financial crisis is the best selection.
