摘　　要：在对隐性知识和隐性知识资源分析基础上,借鉴企业隐性知识导航方法,提出了图书馆隐性知识导航的对象和方法。同时,对影响图书馆隐性知识导航的因素进行了分析。Based analysis of the tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge resources, reference the tacit knowledge navigation methods of enterprises, the we propose the object and methods of navigation of tacit knowledge from library. And analyze the impact factors of tacit knowledge navigation of library.
