空气重介干法选产品预测方法的研究

摘　　要：根据空气重介干法选模型机分选试验结果，提出了分粒级产品预测法———不同粒级物料按相应的Ｅｐ值分别预测其数、质量，然后依据物料的粒度组成，综合得到最终产品数、质量指标．应用实例证明该方法能如实地反映实际分选效果，在重力选领域中具有普遍的实际意义．Based on test data obtained from heavy media air separator in the laboratory, a method for predicting the products of different sizes was proposed, in which the quantity and quality of different sizes of particles are predicted respectively by their corresponding ecart probable moyens. Then the quantity and quality indices of the final products are calculated according to their size distribution. An example is given to illustrate that this method can represent the actual separation results. It can be applied universally in the field of gravity separation.
