摘 要:传统的户用逆变电源通常在后级采用工频变压器来实现升压和电气隔离,致使得系统体积重量大,携带不便,功率密度低,容易出现工频噪音。针对传统工频逆变器的缺点,采用高频逆变技术,以DC/DC前级升压取代工频变压器后级升压,后级逆变环节采用电压型单相半桥主电路。设计中以高性能dsPIC33F64MC506型DSP为主控核心,实现了载波频率为20kHz的高频SPWM波形调制和采样反馈控制电路。据此搭建了700W的逆变器,其实际运行情况良好,且有较好的输出电压波形。The output of the traditional inverter come from power frequency transformer, which makes the system huge in difficult to carry and easy to produce frequency noise,and thus the power density is low.The high frequency inverter technology is adopted.The front-stage DC/DC convertor replaces the back-stage power frequency transformer,the main circuit of inverter adopts single-phase full-bridge controlled rectifier topology.In the design,DSPIC33F64MC506 is chosen as the control center,and high-frequency SPWM with 20 kHz carrier wave frequency is realized.Hereby the 700 W inverter is fabricated which is running well in practice and has the good output voltage waveform.
