摘 要:针对空分装置变负荷过程的控制要求,提出一种实现自动变负荷功能的多变量预测控制策略。该策略以模型预测控制技术为核心解决了工艺参数间的强耦合问题,满足了大范围变负荷所引起的过程非线性控制要求,保证空分装置自动变负荷操作的品质与速度。详述了该策略的技术结构、工艺控制方案以及系统实施,实际运行情况表明了该策略的有效性。A multi-variable model predictive control strategy to achieve the goal of automatic variable-loading for the control limits in the variable-loading process of air separation unit was proposed. Regard model predictive controller (MPC) as the core, the problems of coupling in the various technological parameters were solved. Moreover, the non- linear control request for global variable-loading process was satisfied, and the perfect operation character and rate were ensured. The technology structure, technological control schemes and system implementation process for the control strategy were described in detail. Applied to the air separation unit in a steel corporation, the multi-variable control system shows effectiveness and efficiency in the automatic variable-loading.
