关于构建精益旅游服务系统的理论探讨

摘　　要：通过借鉴传统制造业的先进管理理论与技术,为蓬勃发展的旅游业提出了精益旅游服务系统的概念。这个系统在若干方面与传统制造产业不同,包括精益旅游规划和设施布局、服务准时化供给、游客成组技术、旅游服务全面质量管理、精益旅游信息系统和精益旅游供应链管理等内容。提出了构建精益旅游服务系统中所需的政府管理支撑机制。By applying advanced administrative theories and techniques traditionally in manufacturing industry to tourism management, this paper brings forward the concept of LTSS （ Lean Tourism Service System） to boom the development of tourism industry. This system differs from manufacturing Lean Production System in many facets, including the following six parts： lean-tourism-oriented planning and facility layout, JIT （Just-In-Time） service provided, group technology for tourists, tourism service TQM （Total Quality Management）, lean tourism information system and lean tourism supply chain management, etc. It also lodges the supporting mechanism of government controls in order to facilitate the LTSS.
