摘 要:体育文化产业是一个年轻的产业形态,现代科技手段与先进营销理念将使其完成从一种文化"软实力"到"硬实力"的转变。通过分析大量文献资料,运用逻辑分析法对我国体育文化产业概念的提出以及发展的时代背景进行学理审视,认为:1)体育文化产业的析出发展是可行的,其发展的时代优势包括:文化产业已取得快速发展、具有丰厚的体育文化资源、体育消费环境得到改善、体育消费观念发生积极性转变、体育基础产业已经形成规模;2)发展策略包括:转变观念、正视体育文化产业的实际价值和地位、积极保护我国民族传统体育文化资源、优化体育消费结构、找准产业开发的切入点、积极培植中国特色的体育文化品牌。Sport culture industry is a young industry and it changes from culture soft strength to hard strength under the power of both science technology and advanced strength. This paper used the methods of literature and logic analysis to take a dock_hal scanning on the definition of sport culture industry and the background of era. The result indicated that: 1 ) it is possible to develop sport culture industry, its time advantages including that: culture industry has made great progress,lots of sport culture source in being, advanced sport environment, changed ideas of sport consumption, rather big size of basic sport industry; 2)the tactics including that: changing traditional ideas and affirming its positive value and status, protecting national sport culture wealth, optimizing sport consumption structure positively, finding good breaking sites, cultivating sport culture class with China features.
